The Guelph Organic Conference is next weekend; it will be held from January 24th-27th (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun). This year's theme: "Building Sustainable Organic Business" will feature Speakers, workshops, and the Trade Show & Organic Food Expo. There is free admission to the trade show which includes over 150 booths on Saturday (7:00am - 5:30pm) Sunday (9:00am - 4:30pm). The speaking events vary in ticket prices.
